Can I add a co-signer?
Yes, you can have a Co-Signer when applying for a home loan. There are some restrictions depending on the loan type you are applying for. Most loan programs require there be no more than 4 Co-Signers on a loan application.
How long will it take to close a loan?
Thankfully, we are able to help close most loans in 15 days on average. Of course, every loan is different and can vary. Once we review your loan application and documentation, we will be better able to determine how quickly you can close.
